Anoushka Shankar
Anoushka shankar is a British and American sitarist. She also plays music. She was awarded the British House of Commons' Shield, which is the youngest and also the first female recipient. In addition to receiving nine Grammy nominations She was also the first Indian-born musician to perform in the live ceremony. Anoushka Shankar is one of the rising stars of India's sitar. She is Ravi Shankar's student, and the daughter of Ravi Shankar. She was born in 1982 in London. The first few years of her life were spent between London and New Delhi. She gave her debut performance in New Delhi at the tender age of 13. After that, she relocated in Encinitas CA, where she earned the High School diploma with honors in the year 1999.
